A New Chapter for Chick Happy Hour
When Chick Happy Hour began a few years ago, it was rooted in a simple hope: creating a space for connection, laughter, and belonging. Watching it grow into the warm, vibrant community it is today has been such a joy and now it’s time for the next chapter.
I am excited to share that I’m passing the reins of Chick Happy Hour to Grace Villafuerte. I couldn’t imagine a more aligned, caring, and community minded person to steward us into the next chapter.
Here’s what Grace wants to share as she steps into this role:
“I am excited to and honored to follow in Randi's footsteps! As a born and raised Sonoma Countian, I am deeply grateful for the many multi-decades-long friendships in my life—so many of which began as mentor or guide relationships and have grown into deep, lasting connections. I’ve been an active participant in our local Filipino American and Asian American communities, a global LGBTQI+ widowed community, and Sonoma County Pride. I’m really looking forward to preserving and growing connections within our community.”
Chick Happy Hour has always been about building community, authenticity, and showing up as we are and I feel so confident in Grace's vision to bring more juice and fresh ideas to our community.
